This notice explains how Nexus handles information submitted through this website and how optional visitor analytics are used.
When you submit a Buyer Requirement, present a supply program, call Nexus or contact the company through a published business channel, the information you provide is used to assess the enquiry, conduct appropriate diligence, respond and keep a commercial record of the interaction.
The public form securely records the information you submit and assigns a Nexus reference number. Submitted details are not sent to visitor analytics. Do not place identity documents, banking details, confidential source files or other sensitive records in the public form. Those materials should move only through a verified, controlled diligence channel after initial qualification.
Inquiry forms also record how you say you found Nexus, the inquiry page used, the referring page when supplied by your browser, and campaign tags contained in the link. Nexus uses this information to understand legitimate lead sources, route enquiries and prioritize direct, sufficiently complete buyer and supplier opportunities. It is stored with the commercial enquiry and is not used to make an automated acceptance decision.
Nexus may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are useful and how qualified buyers move through the site. The analytics script loads only after a visitor accepts analytics.
If accepted, analytics may record page visits, general traffic source, broad location and device information, and interactions such as visits to commodity pages, article selections, phone-link clicks and RFQ calls to action. Nexus does not intentionally send submitted form contents, names, email addresses, phone numbers or enquiry messages to analytics.
Advertising personalization and Google Signals are disabled in the site configuration. Google may process analytics data under its own terms and privacy practices. Declining analytics does not prevent the site, commodity information or RFQ process from working.
